At the end?

The finishing line was insight, but I refused to cross over the line. I am not ready to do so. I want to tarry on, I want to run the good race. I should have finished this race and start on a new one. Why am at always sticking a rut? This is the longest I ever had. Oh God, tell me how to run this race and end well at the same time. I do not want to fail.

At the end

Made some resolution in my thirty-something years
I lived to see you smile at everything I set my heart to do
Life is not a bed of roses
It's filled with thorns that piece my hands
And yet no matter where I run to
The road is not as peaceful as the skies
At the end of my lifetime

Tired of my condition
Getting nauseated by afflictions
They tried to build a wall around the weak without them thinking
I will not take the easy way out
I will dance upon my failures
Thank you for your company before the time I spent with your comes to an end
At the end of my life time
