"...but of Love, of Joy and of a Sound Mind."

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. Jude 24-25

It has been a tough month learning about myself again. Trying to know what I am made of and what am I doing on this earth. The Lord has been hammering His truth into my life through circumstances I allowed myself to be in. Yet in His graciousness, has allowed a way out in many way and many times. Praise Him!

I have been been learning a lot lately through chatting with a friend that I've grown really close. The most  amazing thing about this is that she seemed like a young Christian, but when she prays or feels the annointing to share the word of God, she is so dynamic! I was introduced to Joseph Prince's sermon and when I heard it, I realised where she got that dynamism from, apart from the Holy Spirit, her pastor!

I have new found respect for Prince and his Church although there are some things that I have still yet to comprehend, i.e. blessings/ favour and Communion. Some think that he doesn't give a real picture because he doesn't talk about suffereing and only talk about the blessings, etc. While some of what he preach about are radical, but they are really worth checking out against the bible. I am beginning to accept certain things based on personal encouters with the Lord on various situations. Other's I am not sure, but I do not want to be too quick to judge. I have the previlege of reading many Godly books that has increased my faith in many ways. Now I am reading the Charismatic writers again, because I still believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, while still maintating my views about tongues being the "initial evidence of the Holy Spirit's baptism".  Very interesting indeed. But you know what I find most delightful? Watching other believers grow. They are so happy and blessed by the ministry of the pulpit and most important of all they grow to have unshakable faith even in tough times as I have witness thru her and the numerous NCC I have met in the industry. Prince got something right. Imparted the joy of the Lord into the hearts of God's flocks and cause others to wonder "why are they so happy"?

I am blogging from Bangkok now... good to have my own room for once. Not like local productions, always make us share just to save money. Our personal comfort and space nothing to them. Some ah, not all!!
