I thought this was quite a serious and over zealous charge from one of my the most influential writers in my life. We all tend to be very forgiving by saying that there are different leaders who are called to fulfill different roles in the church. Yes, I believe that is true, however I also believe that the foundation and the passion where our service flows from comes from knowing God by spending time reading and studying HIs word.

This is the truth that liberates, yet many are being captured by their inability to live up to the standard. Take heart my friends! Our strength to overcome is progressional! We've been destined and we will slowly mirror ourselves into the image of Christ!
